About me
Hello!
My name is Adriana, and if it wasn’t obvious enough, one of my biggest passions is astronomy. Ever since I was about 6 years old, I’ve been looking with absolute awe at the heavens, wondering what’s behind the sky we see every night.
Then, at around 15 years old, I discovered a certain affinity for writing and literature in general, an interest that ultimately made me create this blog. There’s a certain joy in manipulating words and using your own style in expressing your knowledge, which I don’t think is talked about enough.
Mission
Ever since I grew up, my thirst for knowledge has only amplified, as one might imagine, so I began consuming more and more content about this area of science. Unfortunately, no one was there at that time to warn me that this journey would not be exactly easy.
What they say is right. Now that we have the internet, any and all information is one click away, but we have one more problem. Not every source is suitable for us. Some are too simple, too general, and others are way too complicated. Sometimes it's a pain to be intermediate.
I'm more than sure I'm not the only one in this dilemma. That's why I began writing in the first place. My mission here is to explain for anyone (as long as they have the most general knowledge about the topic in question), anything.
Layout specification
In the “Topics” menu, you’ll be able to find all the topics covered so far and where they’re addressed, because sometimes I may explain a particular concept in a different blog post for the sake of that specific rabbit hole.
Also, in the “Less detailed” section, there will be shorter, more general essays. I will be a little more concise in these writings, taking the liberty of only mentioning certain concepts, without very in-depth explanations.
Final Note
Everything I do here is written with my purest passion for the cosmos and literature. There’s so much to discover and too little time for our minds to stay only on the surface of the Earth. I hope there will be at least one essay here that will make you forget about the limits of the sky.
